Global Voice & SMS Services
Managed DID provisioning, SIP connectivity, premium voice routes, and business SMS — delivered over enterprise carrier networks, with KYCONNECTS as your single point of contact.
Reference Architecture
How a deployment fits together.
Engagement Model
How an engagement runs.
1 · Consultation & design
We map your destinations, concurrent call volumes, number types, and the platform that will terminate the traffic, then design a sized solution against real numbers rather than a package tier.
2 · Provisioning & deployment
Numbers are ordered, SIP connectivity is established and authenticated, routing and failover are configured, and the whole path is test-called before it carries production traffic.
3 · Management & support
Ongoing capacity changes, number adds and moves, routing adjustments, and monitoring — handled by the same engineers who built the deployment.
Our Approach
KYCONNECTS is not a telecom carrier, and we do not present ourselves as one. Voice and SMS traffic is carried over enterprise-grade upstream carrier networks selected for the routes you actually use. What we own is the part that usually goes wrong: sizing the trunk, provisioning the right number types in the right countries, configuring the routing and failover, integrating it with the PBX, contact centre, or application that consumes it, and staying accountable when something needs to change. You deal with one technical team that knows your build, rather than a carrier portal for numbers, an integrator for configuration, and neither of them for the part in between.
What's Included
Local & National DID Numbers
Geographic and national direct inward dialling numbers that give your business a local presence in the markets you sell into, terminating on whichever platform you already run.
Mobile & Toll-Free Numbers
Mobile-format numbers where the destination country issues them, and toll-free ranges for inbound sales and support lines that customers should not pay to reach.
Global DID Coverage
Core coverage across the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Numbers in other countries are provisioned on request, subject to that country's availability and regulatory requirements.
SIP Trunk Connectivity
SIP trunks delivered to your PBX, session border controller, or application, using IP authentication or registration, and sized to your concurrent channel requirement rather than a fixed bundle.
Premium Voice Routing
Enterprise voice routes chosen for call completion and audio quality rather than the lowest per-minute rate, with low-latency paths for conversational traffic and contact centre floors.
Redundant Paths & Failover
More than one upstream path per destination, with automatic reroute when a path degrades, so a single carrier-side fault does not take your inbound or outbound calling down with it.
Capacity Scaling
Channel counts and route capacity adjusted as call volume grows or peaks seasonally, planned against your own traffic data instead of guesswork.
Business SMS & Two-Way Messaging
Application-to-person and two-way messaging for customer communication, appointment and delivery notifications, and service alerts, integrated with the systems that generate them.
OTP & Transactional Messaging
One-time passcode and transactional message delivery for login, verification, and confirmation flows, where delivery speed and reliability matter more than volume pricing.
Number Porting & Management
Porting of existing numbers where the destination country permits it, plus ongoing adds, moves, reassignments, and releases handled as a managed request rather than a self-service portal task.

Availability & Compliance
Telecoms is regulated per country, and the differences are real. Number availability, SMS capability, documentation requirements, provisioning timelines, and supported features all vary by jurisdiction. We tell you what a given country requires before you commit to it, not after.
Availability varies
A number type that exists in one country may not be issued in another. Toll-free, mobile-format, and geographic ranges are not universally available.
Documentation may be required
Some regulators require proof of business registration, a local address, or identity documentation before a number can be activated.
Timelines differ
Activation ranges from same-day in some markets to several weeks where regulatory review or documentation checks apply.
SMS rules are country-specific
Sender ID registration, content restrictions, and two-way support differ by destination, and some countries do not permit certain message classes at all.
Porting is not universal
Number portability depends on the destination country's rules and the releasing operator. Where porting is not permitted, we plan a new-number cutover instead.
