Server & Infrastructure Monitoring Services
Server and infrastructure monitoring designed around the failures your team needs to detect and resolve.

Technology stack
How monitoring flows
- 1
Collect
Prometheus exporters and SNMP polling across servers, switches, and firewalls.
- 2
Store
Time-series retention sized to how far back your team actually needs to look.
- 3
Visualise
Grafana dashboards built around the metrics you act on, not every metric available.
- 4
Alert
Threshold rules routed over SMTP, with a defined escalation path per severity.
- 5
Automate
n8n workflows that turn a recurring manual fix into a scheduled job.
Our Approach
We start with the estate and its response owners: which hosts, network devices and application outcomes matter, what is already measured, and where alerts go today. We then configure collection, Grafana views and actionable alerts with documented thresholds and escalation. Automation is added where a repeatable operational task warrants it; the monitoring design remains understandable to your own team.
What's Included
Grafana & Prometheus Monitoring
Metrics collection and dashboarding with Prometheus and Grafana, so infrastructure state is visible instead of assumed.
Infrastructure Monitoring
Server, network, and application uptime monitoring with SNMP-based alerting.
n8n Infrastructure Automation
Operational workflows on n8n: report generation, data movement, and scheduled jobs your own team can open and extend.
Automated Reporting
Scheduled report generation and delivery pulled directly from operational data.
Log Aggregation & Alerting
Centralized logging with threshold-based alerts for early issue detection.
Scripted Provisioning
Standardised build and imaging scripts for faster, consistent rollouts.

AI application observability: find the failure without logging every prompt
A model endpoint can be healthy while the business workflow produces unusable work. Trace jobs across retrieval, generation, validation and review while keeping sensitive content out of routine telemetry.

SLO alerting for business services: decide when reliability needs a response
A threshold can tell you a server is busy without telling you whether anyone should respond. Build service objectives and error-budget alerts around the customer journeys the business depends on.

Workforce productivity metrics: measure completed work, not mouse movement
Activity data can describe a device session without explaining the value of the work. Build a balanced measurement model around outcomes, quality, workload and the conditions employees face.

Reliable n8n workflows: retry the request without repeating the business action
A workflow can fail after the target system has already completed the action. Design n8n integrations around operation identity, confirmed outcomes and controlled replay rather than blind retries.

How a hosted endpoint monitoring platform is built
An agent on every desktop, a server that must never lose a capture, and many companies' data on one platform that must never mix. The architecture that follows from those three constraints, and why each piece is the shape it is.

Workforce monitoring that people accept
Monitoring software is bought to answer a management question and usually creates a trust problem instead. The deployments that work are narrow, disclosed, and answer a question the business had actually written down first.

Tell us what runs today, which failures are missed, and who receives alerts. We can scope collection, dashboards, and escalation around that estate.
We typically respond within 4–8 business hours.
