UI/UX Design Services for SaaS, CRM & Websites
UI/UX design for the screens B2B teams use every day: SaaS dashboards, CRM interfaces, customer portals and website redesigns. We study how people actually work, design in Figma on a reusable component system, test the critical flows for usability and accessibility, and hand over designs developers can build exactly, often building them ourselves.
Stack & Delivery
What we build on, and how it runs.
Technology stack
How a design engagement runs
- 1
Research
Analytics, support questions and short interviews with the people who use the system.
- 2
Flows
The critical tasks mapped step by step, with the information each step needs.
- 3
Wireframes
Layout and hierarchy agreed in low fidelity, while change is still cheap.
- 4
UI & system
Visual design on design tokens and reusable components, in Figma.
- 5
Test
Clickable prototypes tested with real users on the critical flows.
- 6
Handover
Components, specs and states for developers, or built by our own team.
Our Approach
We design as a team that also builds and runs software, including our own products, so every screen is designed with its real data, its edge cases and its implementation in mind. Research comes before pixels: analytics, support questions and the people who use the system. Accessibility is measured rather than assumed, and the design system is delivered as components and tokens rather than a folder of static mock-ups.
What's Included
SaaS Dashboard Design
Dense tables, filters and charts designed so the number that matters is found first, at every screen size.
CRM Interface Design
Record, pipeline and call screens shaped around how sales and support teams actually work through their day.
Customer Portal UX
Self-service flows customers can finish without calling support: sign-in, status, documents and requests.
Website Redesign
Redesigns that keep what already ranks and converts, and fix the pages where visitors leave.
Design Systems
Tokens, components and usage rules your developers can reuse, so new screens stay consistent.
UX & Accessibility Audits
A review of your critical flows for usability problems and accessibility failures, ranked by impact.

What do we receive at the end of a UI/UX project?
Figma files with the screens and their states, a component library and design tokens, an interactive prototype of the critical flows, and specifications developers can build from.
Can you build the design as well?
Yes. The same team builds in React, Vue, Next.js and Laravel, which avoids the gap between a design file and what ships.
How do you test usability?
With clickable prototypes and short task-based sessions with the people who will use the system, plus analytics and support data where the product already exists.
Do you design for accessibility?
Yes. Colour contrast is measured, keyboard paths are designed and tested, and reduced motion is respected, rather than fixed after a complaint.
Can you work within our existing brand or design system?
Yes. We extend an existing system where one exists, and create tokens and components where it does not.
Is UI/UX design the same as CX design?
No. UI/UX design improves specific screens and flows. Customer experience design looks at the whole journey across website, portal, support and follow-up, and often includes UI/UX work.
